Reflexology & the chakras is a two-day hands-on course in English (or German) about the chakra-system.

Our body is influenced by all kind of systems. One of them is the centuries old system of the chakras.

The 7-chakra-system is not the only chakra-system. People talk about existing systems of 5,7,12,13, chakras. In this course we’ll talk about the system of 7 chakras. And we’ll talk about the 10th chakra , the most grounding chakra.

The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Chakra translates to “wheel” in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy. Each of the seven chakras are said to correlate with different abilities, expressions, and types of health.

The first chakra corressponds with grounding, our foundation.
The third chakra speaks to your ability to be confident and in control of your life. When was the last time you had butterflies in your stomach?
The fourth chakra is about  giving and receiving love.  If your heartchakra is open, you can experience empathy.

In this course you’ll learn about the chakras by experiencing them through all kinds of exercises and by thourough theory about the chakras.

• Theory & information on Ida, Pingala & Shushumna
• Theory & information on the 7 chakras
• Theory & information on chakra 10 (according to Cyndi Dale)
• Exercises to balance the chakras
• A reflexology-massage for the treatment of the chakras
• The FLOW-massage
• What physical or mental complaints belong to the corresponding chakras
• Chakras and the hormones
• How colour, essential oils, gems etc. can influence the chakras

Level: Higher Level

Duration: 2 days of 6 hours

Goal: After this course the participant can use the FLOW-massage ande the chakra-massage on the feet. The praticipant also is able to influence the entire body system by using the knowlegde of the chakras and the new techniques.

Starting level: a finished reflexology education

Pre-education: a finished reflexology education

Self-education: No self-education is required, however the participants will make notes and experience all kinds of exercises, as well as go over the reader and the techniques. This will cost about 12 hours.

The hands-on course includes reader, certificate of attendance, coffee, tea, water and lunch is excluded.

After attending the course, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance.
