Approximately one third of our lives we sleep. From research we know that about 30% of the people don’t sleep well or suffer from insomnia. A lot of people get up tired and feel exhausted during the day.

A good night’s rest is important for a lot of bodyfunctions:

  • our brains
  • the immune system
  • the endocrine system
  • the nervous system
  • the digestive system
  • the stress system

In 2 parts of approximately 3 hours you’ll learn about sleep and sleeping problems:

  • How important it is to have good sleeping habits
  • How important sleep is to your body
  • The influence of the biorhythm, the several phases of sleep
  • The importance of some neurotransmitters and nutrition on sleep
  • What your client can do to avoid sleeping problems
  • What you can do to help your client
  • How to intervene with reflexology
  • Hands-on combined with a lot of theory and excercises
